Failure to read my terms is not my fault. So please read and understand all the terms written below.GENERAL TERMS FOR LIVE2D ART
⬖ I have the right to refuse projects.
⬖ I require credits to all the commissioned Illustration / L2D Model Art / L2D Rigging.
⬖ I have the right to stream or post commission progress that are not private commission.
⬖ Reselling and transfer of rights to new owner is prohibited.
⬖ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
PAYMENT
⬖ Clients needs to pay at least 50% of the negotiated price before starting the project.
⬖ I have NO REFUND policy. I only have limited slot and only accept payment when I am ready for new projects.
REFUNDS
Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Reservations and On-going projects are non-refundable.
Terms of service is already established. You have the right to not ask for commissions if the terms above are not satisfactory. All payments after the deal and contract are made are non-refundable.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⬖ Each project will take 2 weeks-3 months to finish. This time window starts only when I confirmed that I will start working on your project and not when you paid the slot or confirmed the slot.
⬖ Each project is not first come first-serve basis. The amount of time of each project is based on the complexity of the model.
⬖ Rush/ Express services has an additional cost of 100% of final price. Turn in time is within 2 weeks.
REVISIONS
⬖ Revisions terms for L2D model art must strictly followed (see workflow of L2D Model art below). Revisions outside the terms have additional fee.

USE
⬖ The clients will only receive the runtime files that can be imported in face-tracking app like VTUBE STUDIO.
⬖ All Live 2d model art are atleast 3000px x 6000px canvass size and in PSD format.
⬖ I will not rig models that are previously rigged by other artist/rigger.
⬖ Re-rigging my works needs a consent/permission that will be sent on my email and twitter.
⬖ All commissioned L2D model illustration and rig made by me are allowed to be use in streaming, content creating, social media posting, and any digital form of merchandise ( like personal fan messages and such).
⬖I limit the use of the artwork for physical merchandise such as prints, pins and the likes unless the client pay for physical merchandise use commercial rights. Price of Physical Use is estimated at +100% and up depending on what merchandise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⬖ You are required to credit me as your Vtuber MAMA (@aarthap on twitter). If you are on twitch, you have the option to give me an artist badge (aarthap on twitch).
⬖ I consider all my clients as my clients as my L2D children so I will not allow resell and transfer of ownership of all the models I drew and rigged.
⬖You are not allowed to use the model as a new base for other models.
⬖Clients cannot change, add, redraw the model with another artist. I am the only person who can edit the edit the model.
WORK FLOW Live 2D Model Art
START
Stage 1: Application. Application. Fill out the google form provided in the home page.

Stage 2: Price Quotation. I will discuss and will confirm final quote with the client.

Stage 3: Sending of Invoice. I will send invoice via PayPal. Take note that by paying the quoted price means you fully understand and agreed in the TOS.

Stage 4 Payment of invoice. Once payment is confirm. I will provide the date of start of project.

Stage 5 Start of the project. The drawing process is divided into different phases. Please read the terms for revision on each phases.

Phase 1: Sketch. Sketch has less than 5 revision allowance (less than 10 if you do not have character sheet). In this phase, I will discuss with you the appearance of your character. Take note that the sketch is just a draft. Once confirmed, you can not go back on this phase and revise unless you pay additional fee.

Phase 2: Line Art and Base Color. I will only allow minor revision and revision of the color scheme twice in this phase. Once confirmed, you can not go back on this phase and revise unless you pay additional fee.

Phase 3:Rendering. I only allow 1 revision on this phase. In this phase I will fully color and render your model. Once confirmed, you can not go back on this phase and revise unless you pay additional fee.

Stage 6 Model is complete. I will send you the PSD file. Any acceptable feedbacks from your rigger will be edited but major changes requires additional fee.

Stage 8 Client Confirmation and Satisfaction. Client is now satisfied and need no further assistance. Client is now ready to use their model for streaming and content creating.

⬖All commissioned Reactive PNG made by me are allowed to be use in streaming, content creating, social media posting, and any digital form of merchandise (like personal fan messages and such).
⬖I limit the use of the artwork for physical merchandise such as prints, pins and the likes unless the client pay for the commercial rights.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⬖ You have the full right for your own character design however I should not be disregarded as the artist of the commissioned piece.
⬖ I have the right to use the artwork as a portfolio and promotion of my services unless the client opted for NDA agreement.REFUNDS
⬖ I have NO REFUND policy. This means change of heart and emergency financial constrict is inexcusable reason of refund. I only have limited slot and only accept payment when I am ready for new projects.
⬖ Refunds will only be considered if the service is not delivered over 6 months in time.
